Event Party Rentals is a specialty event decor rental company that will provide our clients with the decorative details you need to make an event magical.

Servicing weddings, social and corporate, private and special events in the York Region and Toronto area. We offer a wide range of trendy, functional and decorative event supplies and lawn celebration packages at affordable prices.

Our objective is to add beautiful details to events while helping our environment by reusing event decor and encourage the recycling and reusing of event materials.

We hope to simplify the event process and allow our consumers to stay on top of current event trends while having less impact on the environment.

Terms & Conditions

General

Payment is due in advance of the rental order to reserve your signs and date.

All rental orders must be a minimum of $100

A replacement fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items.

The renter agrees to pay for any missing or damaged items no matter what circumstances.

Event Party Rentals is not responsible for any personal injust which may occur as a result of the rentals.

Delivery and pick up is included. If a delivery or pick up is not possible then a $50.00 charge will apply for rescheduling delivery or pick up.

Rentals are for the day.

Additional rental days will cost $25.00 per day.

Lawn Installations

Installs take place before 8 am and are removed after 7 pm.

Please let us know if you want a specific time.

Please ensure no one touches the signs or you will have to pay damages

Install is on the front lawn only

Signs must remain on the lawn for pick up

Please keep your lawns in good condition.

Packages may have updated signs and we are able to change items within the package without notification to the client as required and available.
