Q: What time is a lawn instal?

A: Instals are generally before 7 a.m. the morning of. Let us know if you would like a time earlier or later than this and we can accomodate that.

 

Q: What time are the lawn signs picked up?

A: We pick up the signs at around 8 p.m. on the day of the instal. If you would like a time later than that, let us know and we can accomodate that. An overnight charge of $25 applies if you would like the signs for an extra day.

Q: Can lawn sign packages be modified?

A: Yes, we have a variety of lawn sign add-ons that can be added to any lawn sign package. Custom signs are also available as additions to existing lawn sign packages. If you would like a customization not listed on the website, contact us and we can try to accomodate it to make the perfect package for you!

Q: Where do you deliver to? And, is there a delivery fee?

A: We serve York Region (Newmarket, Aurora, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, King, East Gwillimbury, Markham, Stouffville) and Toronto. Delivery is a flat fee of $30 to account for set-up and tear-down. If you are out of those areas, contact us and we can try to arrange for shipping at a higher fee depending on the distance.

Q: I would like to place an order, but I do not have PayPal. Are other forms of payment available?

A: If  you are not able to pay with PayPal, please contact us and we will try to accomodate another payment method that works better for you.
